4TQHazard - provides for the recording of multiple hazards against each process step in a 4TQFlow process mapped procedure.  Each hazard can have multiple controls applied categorized by the standard control hierarchy. With the before and after control risk rating and extensive global system reporting, the details and effectiveness of your operational risk management system are immediately available. 

4TQAction Records Module

4TQAction Records - is an optional application that integrates with 4TQExplorer to provide a register and work flow manager of the actions required to maintain and improve the “system of work”.
